PEACE POLES
The Peace School's Peace Pole project began in the mid 1980's when the School had special Peace Poles created for the City of Chicago. The beautiful and artistic structures are made of anodized aluminum and are ideal for outdoor display. You may have noticed Chicago Peace Poles at locations such as the Peace Garden at Buena Street and Lake Shore Drive, the entrance of the Levy Center on Lawrence Avenue, or in front of McCutcheon School on Sheridan Road to name just a few.
