WRITE FOR PEACE
For more than 30 years, members and friends of The Peace School have written messages of peace for all U.S. states and every country of the world. This corresponds with a meditation for world peace held after many of our daily Peace School classes. In addition to sending wishes, thoughts and prayers for peace throughout the world, we give special attention to one U.S. state and one world nation each day. The Write for Peace papers are collected at The Peace School and when we have a chance to travel to another state or nation, we quietly and respectfully bury the Write for Peace papers in the soil. This firmly connects that location with the healing energy of our heartfelt messages for peace.
